This is the Uganda community of the global Training Transfer Effectiveness (TTE) Movement.
The TTE Hub Uganda brings together professionals who are passionate about ensuring that training leads to measurable workplace performance improvement and business impact.
Whether you are an HR professional, trainer, facilitator, coach, line manager, organizational leader, consultant, or simply passionate about improving the effectiveness of training, the TTE Hub Uganda provides a platform to learn, collaborate, network, and contribute to advancing Training Transfer Effectiveness across Uganda.

Our Objectives
- Raise awareness of Training Transfer Effectiveness (TTE).
- Promote the adoption of the Training Transfer Effectiveness Operating System (TTE-OS).
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among professionals.
- Build a strong network of TTE Advocates, Champions, Ambassadors, and Hub Leaders.
- Contribute to improving workplace performance and business impact through effective training.
